How do I schedule an appointment?
Because I am partnering with Mindful Therapy Group (MTG), the best way to schedule at this time is to contact MTG directly by calling 425-640-7009 or visiting their website at https://www.mindfultherapygroup.com/inquire
What are your fees?
I accept private pay patients at a rate of $120 per session (a typical session is 50-55 minutes). Please be aware that the rate may change at any time, so verify the rate for your session when scheduling.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, I am able to accept Premera, Lifewise, Cigna, PacificSource, Aetna, Regence, United and Kaiser insurance through my partnership with Mindful Therapy Group (MTG). I will update this as additional insurance options are added. Please contact MTG for further questions regarding insurance or to schedule an appointment at 425-640-7009.
Do you offer Telehealth options?
Yes. At this time, I am only seeing Telehealth clients. Please check back as that may change in the future. You may schedule an appointment with me through Mindful Therapy Group (MTG.)
What is your current COVID-19 policy?
I am vaccinated and am following the current mandates and recommendations outlined by Washington State, the CDC and the WHO (World Health Organization).
