About Me

I am a clinical social work associate in Washington State with over 10 years of experience.  My family and I moved here from Texas and we are so happy and grateful to be here.  I work primarily with older teens and young adults in transition dealing with anxiety and depression.  I also have experience helping parents, working with teens and adults with ADHD, and helping with school and family issues.

I am partnered with Mindful Therapy Group to provide Telehealth therapy services.
